General Requirements :

• Preferably have experience in the hospitality/building maintenance
• Min 2 years experience/fresh graduate in the same position
• Fluent in English, excellent communication
• Good analytical skill
• Good personality & appearance
• Hard worker, highly motivated and customer oriented
